What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Is the paint fragile?
Avoid using soap or chemicals whilst wearing the jewelry. There can be some damage if hit against certain objects. The jewelry is more damage resistant than you would expect, we have found little to no damage on daily wear.
When will I get my order?
As everything is hand made, expect 2 weeks for shipping, as we will handmake and paint it specially for you.
Where are your products manufactured?
Everything is manufactured with multiple partners, ensuring everything is made with the best craftsmen. All locally in Bangkok.
Do you offer more colors?
Our color choices will be limited until the second half of 2026. We will then allow customization of any piece into any color.
